Session Description:
What does project success really mean in practice?
This interactive session challenges the traditional, “on time, on budget, on scope” which rarely tells the whole story. Technical excellence doesn’t always translate into client satisfaction, and well‑planned projects can still struggle when expectations aren’t aligned.
The workshop introduces a more complete, practical way to define and achieve success. Participants will leave with simple tools repeatable tools they can apply immediately to strengthen alignment, reduce risk, and deliver better outcomes. The workshop is designed for those who want to deliver stronger outcomes, improve client relationships, and build more resilient project teams.
